Barbara' Story

A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with severe cardiovascular disease In a couple of days I will be seeing a cardiovascular surgeon about by-pass surgery.  I am 81 and quite active.  The thought of surgery is very frightening so I've started Dr. Esselstyn's reverse heart disease diet.  Has this been successful for any one in this group?  I also would like to hear from someone of my age who has had successful by-pass surgery.
