I have always been an active and physical person. Working 2 jobs and raising my children solo has taken a toll on me. I joined the gym and have begun a home regimen of walking and yard work. I removed meats from my diet since November last year. I am loosing inches and hope to soon see better results in loss of weight. I am 39, 205 lbs, and 5'6". I want to loose down to at least 145 lbs. God willing I will loose this weight by the winter this year? God Willing.
