Never too late
Posted on 07/31/10 at 12:03 AM

On January 16, 2006, I lost my mother to a heart attack, she was 42 years old. I was 16 years old, and a Sophomore in high school when she passed away. Four years later, at 21 years old, I still think about my mother every day. I want to raise awareness about Heart Disease, and how it can affect anyone at any age. My goal is to try and touch the lives of others who have been affected by HD, and also help others understand how important it is to stay healthy and keep a good fitness routine. There's always time to improve, we must continue to fight the battle, its never too late.
