Actually stroke can present with chest tightness & sweating or just a twitchy eye. Individuals with heart disease are always at risk for stroke and in women, there are no classic symptoms for the majority. Chest tightness, sweating & stroke are interrelated because of the interruption in blood flow. Symptoms can be so mild however, they are overlooked.

According to a study done by Valensi, Lorgis & Cottin in 2011 published in the Archives of Cardiovascular Diseases, up to 64% of heart attack (MI) victims (both genders) don’t have chest pain but instead have vague symptoms. This is considered a “silent” MI.
