How to Place the Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool on Your Social Network page

All you have to do is click on one of the 30 social media icons (such as Facebook or iGoogle) listed in the box above.  Use the arrow buttons to find more. Then, you will be prompted with easy-to-follow directions that will show you how to install the tool. Depending on the location you choose, you may be prompted to provide your login/password to that site. Once it’s setup, updates will be sent directly to the Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool now on your social site. It’s that easy.

Can anyone see the information in my Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool?

Once you have downloaded the file, open it and follow the Adobe installation process. Once installed, you can open the BetterMe Coaching Tool like any other program on your computer.

Option 2: From Options Box Above (Post, Send, Bookmark...)

  1. On the box above, click on the blue Desktop.
  2. Depending on your computer, click on Mac Dashboard, Windows Vista Gadget or, for all other computer systems, select Yahoo Widget (See additional instructions for Yahoo Widget below).
  3. Click on Download Widget, when the next box is shown.
  4. Click on Install, and you will have the Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool directly on your desktop in no time. If you are using a company-owned computer, you may be denied access to install this software. Please contact your company technology department for permission.

I don’t have a Mac or Windows Vista. How do I get the Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool onto my Desktop?

  1. On the box above, click on the blue Desktop.
  2. Select Yahoo Widget. You will be prompted with a link to download the Yahoo! software and presented with a button to download the widget. If you are using a company-owned computer, you may not have the authority to download the tool. Please contact your company technology department for permission.
  3. Click on the Get Yahoo! Widgets link.
  4. On the Yahoo page, click Manual Download on right side.
  5. Click Run Software and follow the instructions to download/install the Yahoo! Software for your Windows PC.
  6. Once you have installed the Yahoo! Software, return to the Go Red BetterMe Coaching Tool page (it should still be open as a separate window), click on the blue Download Widget button.
  7. You will be prompted with the question, “Would you like to move your widget to ‘My Widgets’ folder?” Select yes and then click on the icon Use Widget. At this point, the widget will appear on your desktop.
