Heart disease is still the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year. Women just like us – mothers, sisters, friends – are dying at the rate of one per minute because they don’t know what I know: heart disease kills. That’s why I want you to take action now and become part of the movement against women and heart disease. I’ve sent you the Heart Health Kit below so you can get heart healthy. You can also sign up for the movement and get your FREE red dress pin.

Nyasha

Nyasha

Nyasha, 35, of New York, is motivated for change. As a busy mother, wife, lawyer and avid blogger, she’s increasingly aware of the need to make her own health a priority. According to Nyasha, her current health is deteriorating; she’s overweight, fatigued, easily stressed and experiencing bad eyesight. If that wasn’t enough, diabetes and high blood pressure run in her family. Despite all this, Nyasha has incredible resolve. She wants to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight, watch carbs and sugar, drink six glasses of water a day and incorporate exercise three times a week. These days, she describes her health situation as if she lost sight of herself and her body is crying out. So much so, that Nyasha can see it in her eyes, which are discolored.

Along with her Go Red Better U blog, you can follow Nyasha on www.mamalaw.com where she blogs with fellow BetterU bloggers, Stacey and Nadia.
