When. I was younger I did not take very good care of myself. I ate a lot of junk food, smoked, drank a lot and took drugs. After 18 years of total absence,; well with the exception of occasional junk food, I want to make up for the damage I have done to my body. Up to about 6 years I’d worked quite frequently. Now I find myself sedentary. and lack ambition to return to a regular exercise routine. I need to remotiviate myself. Heart disease does run on my family so I do need to get motivate to get and remain healthy.
