I’m 33 years old have done everything possible to stay away from the # 1 killer in America. I had lost my father two years ago after he suffered a massive stroke that had left him paralyzed for 8 and 1/2 years. I workout at the gym 4 to 5 times a week, always starting with a 20 min cardio, I eat well, I’m not over weight but as I learned going to my doctor for my annual check up I have high blood pressure. My numbers were anywhere from 134/93 up to 160/116. Everyone I talk to is puzzled and are always saying the same thing…I’m to young to have my blood pressure that high. The doctor believes that it is just hereditary and now I’m on blood pressure medication. I am still continuing to do my workouts but I just feel so tired now. I’m just not sure what else there is to do to make sure I keep it under control.
