Toshia's Story

My story isn’t much to speak of but it’s important to me. I have always struggled with my weight since I can remember. When I was little I remember my Dad having heart surgery to fix an irregular heart beat. He was diagnosed with Wolf Parkinson’s White. I was told that it could be hereditary and that I needed to keep and eye on it. Three years ago I turned 30 and decided to have a full blood panel done to check my cholesterol levels. I was told they were just slightly high but with my family history they would like to see the numbers lowered. Around that time I lost 20 lbs and was exercising regularly. Then it came time to move being a military wife I thought I could handle the move ok, turns out I gained the 20 lbs back. Last year I began noticing that my heart was beating different. I went to my dr and he ordered a echocardiogram. The test showed my heart was ok but that I do have PVCs. That has made me really sit back and think that I need to get in better shape for my three beautiful children who are 9 and 4 (yes I have twins lol). I had a friend who had a life changing experience with this program, so here I am :)
