U.S. Health and The Future of Food cover image

“The U.S. food systems play a significant role in shaping both national and global food and nutrition security…The path forward necessitates a collective and robust response involving diverse stakeholders, including health care professionals, food industries, individuals, and policy makers, to foster innovations and adopt sustainable practices aimed at overhauling the food landscape. It is through such collaborative and innovative efforts that we can transition towards a future where food systems bolster health outcomes rather than detract from them.”
