  • Non-Hispanic Blacks had a rate of 59.9 in 2008 which declined to 52.3 in 2018.
  • Non-Hispanic Whites had a rate of 40.5 in 2008 which declined to 35.9 in 2018.
  • American Indian/Alaskan Native had a rate of 33.7 in 2008 which declined to 30.4 in 2018.
  • Hispanics had a rate of 34.4 in 2008 which declined to 32 in 2018.
  • Asian/Pacific Islanders had a rate of 35.3 in 2008 which declined to 29.6 in 2018.
