Teen of Impact Resources

Each year, a select group of young people who want to make a difference are empowered to take action for their own hearts and the hearts of the people who mean the world to them. In communities across the country, these changemakers and their teams inspire their networks to spread the word about heart health, raise money for life-saving research, and advocate for the well-being of all.
