  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 medium orange
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 2 cups ice

  2. Add the orange, mango, and banana. Process until smooth.
